1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Zi.Ink ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Zi.Ink provides URL shortening services that allow you to create short, memorable links that redirect to longer URLs. The Service includes analytics tracking for shortened links.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Create links to malware, phishing sites, or harmful content
  • Distribute spam or unsolicited messages
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Share illegal, abusive, or harmful content
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or rate limits
  • Use automated systems to abuse the Service

5. Service Plans

We offer the following plans:

  • Free Plan: 1,000 URLs, basic analytics, no API access
  • Pro Plan ($69 one-time): 2,000 URLs, 1 API key, bulk shortening, advanced analytics
  • Enterprise Plan ($249 one-time): Unlimited URLs, 10 API keys, priority support, plus exclusive features: QR code generation, link expiration, password protection, and link editing
  • Custom Domain Add-on (Enterprise only, $7/month): Use your own branded domain for short links. Includes SSL certificate, global CDN, up to 3 domains per account. Cancel anytime.

6. Payments and Refunds

  • All one-time plan payments are processed securely through Polar.sh
  • Plan purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions
  • Custom Domain subscriptions are recurring monthly charges, managed through Polar.sh
  • Refunds for plan purchases may be requested within 7 days of purchase
  • Custom Domain subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. Your domains remain fully active until the end of the billing period. You can reactivate before expiry to re-enable auto-renewal.
  • Features are available immediately upon payment confirmation

7. Link Expiration

Links that have not received any clicks for 365 days may be automatically deleted. We recommend backing up important links regularly.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss or service interruptions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
